Return Period: Return requests can be submitted within 30 days of receiving the package. Orders placed after 30 days are not eligible for return (except for product quality issues, which require valid proof).
Return requests can only be submitted through the following two channels:
Log in to your account, find the corresponding order in "My Orders," and click "Apply for Return";
Send an email to service@abilitum.com (please indicate "Return" and the order number in the subject line).
Direct mail-in returns are not accepted.
Core Return Requirements: Returns must meet the following conditions:
Product Condition: Unused and unopened. Product labels, instructions, and original packaging (such as sealing film, gift box) must be intact, free of stains, odors, or wear, ensuring resaleability.
Liability Determination: For returns due to "personal reasons" (such as selecting the wrong size, disliking the style/color), you will bear the cost. For returns due to "product quality issues" (such as functional malfunction, material defects) or "our error" (such as sending the wrong category or size), abilitum will bear the cost (a clear photo of the problematic area is required as proof).
Special Items: Customized items (such as engraved items, specific size customizations) are not eligible for returns. Please confirm your needs before placing an order.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Submit a Return Request: Submit a request via your account or email, specifying the reason for the return (e.g., incorrect specifications/color difference), the quantity of the returned item, your contact information, and upload photos of the item's current condition (for quality issues, please take detailed photos);
Review and Confirmation: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will send you the return address, return item number, and packaging requirements via email (please clearly mark the return item number on the package for identification);
Return the Item: Please pack and return the item within 7 days of receiving the return address (we recommend using the original packaging to prevent damage during transport), and retain the tracking number for future reference;
Refund Processing: After receiving the returned item, we will complete the inspection within 3-5 business days. Once we confirm that the return meets the requirements, the refund will be returned to your original payment account (credit card/PayPal, etc.). Refund arrival time depends on the payment platform's regulations (usually 3-7 business days).
Unacceptable Return Situations:
The product has been used, opened, modified, or has missing labels/packaging, or shows obvious signs of use;
The return period has exceeded 30 days and valid proof of quality issues cannot be provided;
The product is damaged due to improper storage (e.g., stubborn stains, sharp object scratches);
Gifts or samples (if any) were not returned with the main product.
