Order Generation and Fulfillment Rules
Order Confirmation: After you submit your order and complete payment on this website, we will send an "Order Confirmation Email." This email only indicates that we have received the order and does not signify that the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to review the order within 24 hours (e.g., confirming grocery inventory, whether the delivery address is within our service area, and the validity of the payment). The order will officially take effect after the review is approved; if the review fails, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued (the arrival time of the refund depends on the payment platform).
Pricing and Inventory: The order price is based on the price displayed on this website when you submit your order (including grocery prices and shipping costs, excluding taxes. Taxes are collected by the payment platform or logistics provider according to local regulations). If the price is displayed incorrectly due to system failure or human error (e.g., significantly lower than the normal selling price), we have the right to cancel the order and explain the situation, and we will not be liable for fulfilling the order at the incorrect price. Furthermore, because grocery inventory changes in real time, if the category/specification you selected is out of stock after you place your order, we will immediately notify you by email, and you can choose to "replace the item" or "cancel the order and get a refund."
Order Modification and Cancellation: Before order confirmation (before approval), you can contact customer service to modify your order (such as adjusting product specifications or shipping address) or cancel your order. After order confirmation (shipment arranged), modification or cancellation is currently not supported. You can apply for a return after receiving the groceries according to the "Return Policy".
Product Information and Responsibility
Product Description: The groceries information displayed on this website (such as category, color, material, and specifications) is subject to the actual product. Due to factors such as shooting light, monitor color difference, and production batches, there may be reasonable differences between the image and the actual product (such as color depth, detail texture). Such differences do not constitute "quality issues," and returns based on this reason will not be accepted.

Due to design differences, different groceries categories may have specification deviations (such as dimensional tolerances between sealed containers and storage tools). Payment Methods

We will pursue legal action and demand compensation for losses.
