To ensure your grocery orders are delivered safely and on time, abilitum has established a clear and transparent logistics service system. We currently offer two delivery options for customers within the United States, as detailed below:

Delivery Method Details

Standard Shipping
Cost: $5.99 per order
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
Suitable for: Daily grocery shopping, no urgent needs (covers most of the continental United States; remote areas may experience delays of 1-2 business days)

VIP Express Shipping
Cost: $15.99 per order
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Suitable for: Urgent restocking needs (such as holiday stocking, temporary hospitality, etc.), enjoying priority processing and expedited delivery; coverage is the same as Standard Shipping.

Shipping Fee Reduction Policy

Free shipping is automatically offered on orders totaling $39.99 or more (standard shipping is selected by default).

If you reach the free shipping threshold but still wish to upgrade to VIP Express Shipping, you only need to pay the difference between the two shipping options ($15.99 - $5.99 = $10) (USD) You can manually upgrade your shipping fee on the "Shipping Options" page when placing your order.

Shipping fee reduction only applies to a single order; split orders cannot be combined for the total amount. If an order is returned or exchanged, the final amount paid will be used to reassess whether the free shipping conditions are met.

Logistics Tracking and After-Sales Service

Logistics Tracking: After your order is shipped, we will send a "Shipping Notification Email" to your order email address, containing the logistics tracking number and official tracking link. You can check the current location, transportation status, and estimated delivery time of your package in real time.

Abnormal Handling: In the following situations, please contact customer service at service@abilitum.com:

Logistics information has not been updated for more than 24 hours

Package shows "Delivered" but has not actually been received

Estimated delivery time is delayed by more than 3 business days.

We will promptly communicate with our logistics partners to assist in tracking the package status and verifying the situation to protect your rights.

Special Scenario Explanation

Delivery to Remote Areas: Due to the numerous logistics transit links, standard delivery time to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be extended by 1-2 business days, and VIP delivery time may be extended by 1 business day. Shipping time remains unchanged (1 business day).

Holiday Logistics Adjustments: During US public holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Independence Day, etc.), logistics providers may suspend or delay delivery. We will post a "Holiday Logistics Notice" on the website 3-5 days in advance, clearly informing you of delivery adjustments and order deadlines.

Package Inspection: Please check the type, quantity, and packaging integrity upon signing for the package. If you find any problems such as damaged packaging or leakage, you can refuse to accept the package on the spot and contact customer service immediately. If you find any problems after signing, please provide proof of receipt and photos of the goods within 24 hours so that we can handle it promptly.
